Cancellation & Refund Policy
If booking is cancelled 30 days prior from check in date : 90% refund
If booking is cancelled within 30 days from check in date : no refund
No-Shows or Early Checkout : No refund.
All guests checking in at the resort need to carry a government approved photo identification which has to be produced at the Reception in original at the time of check-in. Guests failing to produce the above will not be allowed to check in at the resort : No refund
We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error: No refund
Mode of refund :
Customers can call or email to customer service ( firstname.lastname@example.org ) to request a refund. Refunds for qualifying returns as per the return policies described above will be issued when notification is received.
All the refunds will be processed through Payment Gateway and this will reflect in Card Holder’s a/c within 2-14 working days.
