Our Tariffs valid from 1st May 2024 till 30th April 2025

* Important Note:

• Above rates includes, at Killa Bhawan Hotel, the Breakfast, unlimited complimentary Mineral water, tea&coffee all day & soft drinks.
• Above rates includes, at Kb Lodge, the Breakfast and complimentary Mineral water.
• Our Base rates are in INR, rates in USD and Euro are subject to conversion rate of the booking date
• * The 12% GSt Tax for rooms 1-2, and 18% GST Tax for rooms 6-7- 8-9-10, are not included in Killa Bhawan Hotel prices.
• * 12% GST Tax is not included in KB Lodge room prices.
• For any booking to be valid, 50 % Advance of the whole stay is required after we confirm the booking by mail.
• The advance paid for the booking is not refundable with only exception of the booking being cancelled 30 days before the booked date and in case of new restrictions related to Covid-19.

* Special Rates

*For the peak season periods, Diwali from 1st till 11th November 2024 and X’mas & New year  from 20th December 2024 till 6th January 2025, there will be an increase of 40% on top of the standard rates.

For the same above mentioned peak periods, any booking will have to be for 2 consecutive nights minimum.

* For the low season period, from 1st July till 30th September 2024, we offer a discount of 30% on the base rates of all our rooms.

* Rates being quite low, KB Lodge rooms will have standard rates throughout the whole season except for the following period where a 40% increase will be applicable:  Dewali from 1st till 11th November 2024 and X’mas & New year period from 20th December 2024 till 6th January 2025.
