Our Tariffs valid from 1st May 2026 till 30th April 2027

* Important Note:

• Above rates includes, at Killa Bhawan Hotel, the Breakfast, unlimited complimentary Mineral water, tea&coffee all day & soft drinks.
• Above rates includes, at Kb Lodge, the Breakfast and complimentary Mineral water.
• Our Base rates are in INR, rates in USD and Euro are subject to conversion rate of the booking date
• * The 18% GST Tax for all rooms , are not included in Killa Bhawan Hotel prices.
• * 12% GST Tax is not included in KB Lodge room prices.
• For any booking to be valid, 50 % Advance of the whole stay is required after we confirm the booking by mail.
• The advance paid for the booking is not refundable with only exception of the booking being cancelled 30 days before the booked date. 

* Special Rates

*For the peak season period,  X’mas & New year  from 18th December 2026 till 4th January 2027, there will be no increase on top of the standard rates.

For the same above mentioned peak periods, any booking will have to be for 2 consecutive nights minimum.

* For the low season period, from 15th July till 30th September 2026, we offer a discount of 30% on the base rates of all our rooms.

* Rates being quite low, KB Lodge rooms will have standard rates throughout the whole season except for the following period where a 20% increase will be applicable:  Dewali from 6th till 16th November 2026 and X’mas & New year period from 18th December 2024 till 4th January 2027.
